Position Purpose: Analyst, SEA Coverage
- SEA Coverage, real estate analyst role
- Assist and support Director and Head of Asia based in Singapore and UK respectively.
- Support the team on deals and pipelines from Europe.
- Prepare presentation and other materials required for client meetings and presentations.
- Analysis of key documents and data in coordination with business and clients.
- Communicate and coordinate with team members across different regions (HK / Paris / UK/ rest of Europe
- Support Head of SEA in the operation of the Singapore office, and the IIG in Europe as required.
- Prepare presentations and other materials required for client meetings and presentations.
- Analysis of key documents and data in co-ordination with business and clients.
- Communicate and support other members of the IIG in Middle East, Hong Kong and Europe.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of deals, pipeline, client requirements and ownership lists.
- Support the Head of SEA in working with the Bank and developing internal counterparty relationships.
- Develop competencies in modelling and financial appraisals of investment opportunities. Such documents to be created in Europe but a local understanding is required.
- Support Head of SEA on required CEA regulatory and administrative matters.
- Support and assist Head of SEA and KEO on regulatory and administrative duties to
- Develop a knowledge of the local property markets in the region so that the European markets can be seen in a wider context and drivers of outward investment understood.
- Maintain working knowledge of the main European property markets, and relevant political/economic/market activity in the region.
- Ability to work independently and to demonstrate initiative

- Diploma/ Graduate with 1 to 3 years working experience. Fresh Graduates welcome to apply.
- Attainment of CEA RES License is a plus
