REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Negotiate lease renewals
• Check-out inspections
• Attend to tenancy related matters
• Complete transaction-related documentations and reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess valid CEA Salesperson Licence - we are not able to consider any candidates without CEA licence as stipulated by law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps and web-saavy.

REMUNERATION

• Monthly Base Salary
• Commission
