Responsibilities:
- Be involved and responsible for drivingreal estate acquisitions, divestments, investment management, and asset management
- Support investment transactions from end-to-end,includinganalysing, negotiating, closing and evaluating asset and portfolio strategies for the firm's portfolio across the region
- Lead financial modelling, underwriting, and due diligence processes for transactions
- Prepare investment papers and deliver recommendations for internal approval
- Conduct research and manage market intelligencerelating to the global portfolio support business decisions aligned with the investment strategy
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in real estate (titles given accordingly) investment, acquisitions, transaction advisory, asset management, portfolio management
- Team player, family culture
- Real estate sector knowledge, technical, financial modelling and analysis experience is a must
- Strong work ethics and excellent learning/work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
- Meticulous with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
