Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager (Singapore)

A leading fund administration platform is seeking a Real Estate Fund Accounting Manager to oversee fund accounting, investor reporting, and client servicing activities across a portfolio of real estate investment funds. This role combines technical fund accounting expertise, client management, and team leadership, offering exposure to institutional real estate fund structures and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fund accounting and NAV reporting for a portfolio of real estate funds
• Review financial statements, management reports, and fund performance reporting
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, investor allocations, and capital account statements
• Review fund cash movements, payments, and operational transactions
• Act as a key contact for fund managers, investors, auditors, and other stakeholders
• Work closely with investor relations teams on investor communications and reporting requirements
• Supervise and mentor junior fund accountants, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Support audits, client onboarding, and ongoing fund administration activities
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and client presentations where required

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred
• At least 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Fund Accounting or Fund Administration
• Strong understanding of real estate fund structures, NAV reporting, capital activities, and investor reporting
• Experience with Yardi preferred (or other real estate platforms such as MRI)
• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management capabilities, with team management experience
