About Company:

Our client is one of the leading Japanese real estate agency in Japan providing accommodations, offices and shops to Japanese companies and expats in Singapore. They also service market research and consultancy for Japanese companies who are expanding their business in Singapore.

Job Description:

- Responsible to support and assist Japanese Expatriates and their families in search of residential properties.

- Conduct property viewing with clients.

- Handle real estate related-legal documentation.

- Prepare and process tenancy agreements, termination notices and related-documentations.

- Provide consultation support throughout the leasing and move-out process.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese clients on various communication channels (mainly WhatsApp/calls).

- Coordinate with HR representatives of clients regarding to employees move-in procedures.

- Work closely with the local operations team on internal administrative processes.

- Provide routine customer support when required.

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

- Have a valid CEA License.

- Experience in real estate or property-related service is preferred.

- Those with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.

- Willing to work overtime and work on weekend, when needed.

Compensation:

- Work location: CBD, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

- Basic salary with AWS (1 month basic salary)
