React UI Developer

• Develop reusable, scalable, and composable React components for use across multiple platforms.

• Analyze and translate business, product, and design requirements into functional and technical development specifications.
• Collaborate closely with business, product, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces.
• Provide technical standards, best practices, and architecture recommendations for frontend development.
• Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces that provide a consistent user experience across platforms.
• Participate in UI testing and ensure frontend applications meet quality and usability standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business, product, design, and development teams.
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals, including HTML and CSS.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficient in UI testing and frontend testing practices.
• Proficient in one or more frontend frameworks/view libraries, such as ReactJS, VueJS, or Angular (version 4 and above).
• Experience with npm package publishing and package management.
• Experience in native application development, Progressive Web Applications (PWA), or hybrid application development.
• Experience developing accessible user interfaces for users of screen readers and other assistive technologies.
• Strong visual design sense with an eye for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Good to Have

• Experience in UI/UX design, including wireframes and mockups.
• Experience with modern web build tools such as Vite, Rsbuild, Webpack, Snowpack, Rollup, Parcel, TypeScript Compiler (tsc), or esbuild.
• Experience with CSS frameworks and styling solutions such as Tailwind CSS, PandaCSS, StyleX, styled-components, SASS/SCSS, LESS, or PostCSS.
• Experience using web analytics tools/libraries such as Adobe Analytics or Omniture.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and development pipelines.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
