Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain mobile and web applications focusing on high performance, quality, and responsiveness
- Optimize application code to improve performance and scalability by identifying and addressing areas for enhancement
- Create clear technical documentation and user guides for implemented features to support user understanding and maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
- Manage multiple projects and ad-hoc requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field with strong software development education
- Proven technical expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST API, and native iOS/Android development
- Experience using SQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS)
- Proficiency with git version control system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate and convey technical information
- Excellent analytical skills including critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to diverse software engineering technologies and techniques
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
