We are currently partnering with a key player in the telecommunications space to find an experienced and detail-oriented RF & Cellular Management Professional.
If you have a strong technical background in radio frequency and enjoy a mix of analytical problem-solving and hands-on field work, this is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact on network performance and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Technical Analysis & Auditing: Lead technical evaluations, cellular network coverage audits, and performance measurements within the RF domain.
- Interference & Co-existence Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex RF co-existence challenges.
- Field Investigations & Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct independent on-site RF measurements. You will act as a key technical liaison, engaging with government agencies, mobile network operators, partners, and the public.
- Critical Issue Response: Step up during time-sensitive situations, which may occasionally require investigating urgent RF issues outside of standard business hours.
- Project & Operational Support: Drive continuous RF-related projects and handle necessary administrative functions to keep the division running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications (or a related technical field) with at least 5 years of experience
- Deep understanding of RF principles, cellular network environments, and communication system characteristics.
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize network parameters.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities to effectively translate technical data to various stakeholders.
