R&D Hardware Verification Technician

We are looking for a motivated R&D Hardware Verification Technician to join our Hardware Design team and support the testing and verification of next-generation Ethernet switching hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and test complex networking hardware systems
Review and analyze measurement results for signal compliance
Work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams
Manage and prioritize tasks independently to meet project schedules
Operate advanced and basic laboratory test equipment.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Electronic Engineering or a related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome.
Experience with hardware system verification
Familiarity with networking and Ethernet technologies
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results
