R&D Senior Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

. Design and develop hardware systems, including component selection, schematics, PCB layout, and tolerance analysis.

. Performcircuit analysis and simulations to validate functionality, reliability, and performance.

. Develop and execute hardware qualification, certification, compliance, and fault insertion test plans.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet technical and quality requirements.

. Research and apply new hardware technologies and best practices to product development.

Requirements

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

. 3+ years of experience in hardware product design, including analog/digital circuits and PCB design.

. Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC mitigation, UL/ATEX compliance, signal integrity, power integrity, and timing analysis.

. Experience with analog circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, Mathcad, Saber or equivalent.

. Exposure to Python, LabVIEW, functional safety (IEC61508) or industrial automation programming is an advantage.
