Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced R&D Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of electronic hardware for advanced industrial products. This role will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptual design and prototyping to validation and product launch, working closely with global cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits.
Conduct feasibility studies, design verification, and hardware validation.
Develop PCB layouts to meet EMC requirements.
Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and DFMEA activities.
Develop prototypes, test boards, and evaluation platforms.
Manage project work packages, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, schematics, BOMs, and design specifications.
Ensure product performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with suppliers and collaborate with local and global engineering teams to ensure successful product launches.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics design, including at least one complete product development cycle.
Strong expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
Proficiency in circuit design and simulation tools.
Experience in microcontroller-based hardware and embedded system design.
Good knowledge of EMI/EMC testing, compliance, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of the product realization process from development to production.
Proficiency in laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
Experience in vision sensors or camera-based product development is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams.
