Job Description:

• Master's degree in Metal Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of industrial R&D experience in metal/alloy development, refining, melting, casting, and related processes.
• Vast & concrete experience in metallurgy: alloying (melting, casting), metal treatment and mechanic properties testing, Not only quality testing
• Strong technical writing skills for drafting protocols, reports, and formal communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Analytical thinker with innovative problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a holistic perspective.
• Expertise in R&D , alloying & scaling up research into industrial-scale applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
