Partner Business Manager Serves as a trusted adviser to the Partner and develops a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with HPE business priorities. Drives end-to-end revenue, HPE profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts. Articulates both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively sell with, sell to, and sell through the Partner, creating a scalable selling ecosystem. Develops knowledge of Partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, HPE priorities, and HPE Technology to differentiate HPE from competitors. Coordinates and executes HPE activities with the Partner, leveraging HPE specialists when needed. Aligns field sales to drive increased value to HPE for pipeline and revenue/profit growth while leveraging the collective strength of the partner ecosystem. Leads HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty to HPE. These jobs focus on selling to customers through the Partner as an extension of HPE's salesforce, typically through work that occurs outside HPE offices.

Do you have a passion for invention and self-challenge Do you grow with pushing the limits of what's considered feasible As a member of our Hardware Verification team, you will be responsible for verifying complex networking hardware systems: determining verification objectives, strategy and approach crafting verification procedures implementing effective coverage driven and directed test cases working across different teams deploying new tools and methodologies to improve the quality of product release readiness.

By collaborating with the product development groups across Aruba, you'll push the industry boundaries of what networking products can do and improve the product experience for our customers across the world! As a Hardware Verification Engineer, you are at the center of the verification effort within our hardware design group!

About You:

• Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience and familiarity with hardware verification like:Analog/Digital verification
  System level stress test (HALT, margin, four corner testing)
  System fault test
  
• Possess good knowledge and technical understanding of hardware.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiar with programming languages such as Python, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of high speed serial protocols (e.g. XAUI, XFI, 25GAUI, XLAUI and CAUI-4), encoding (e.g. MLT3, NRZ and PAM4), optical/copper transceivers technologies, and high speed signal measurements is a plus.

Additional preferred abilities:

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with ability to work in teams, ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions when necessary, experience as a team player, and willing to take on a variety of projects.
• Capability to build relationships and self-motivator.
• Good oral and written communication skills, plus ability to read, comprehend, and explain engineering drawings and technical documents.
