R&D Engineer

Responsibilities:
. Support mechanical product development activities from concept to production.
. Manage and deliver design projects in line with requirements, schedules, and budgets.
. Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and material selection to support design decisions.
. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to address technical challenges and ensure manufacturability.
. Prepare design proposals, reports, and project updates for stakeholders.
. Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software for prototypes and production.
. Define and execute test plans, analyze results, and refine designs to meet quality and performance standards.
. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance.

Requirements:
. Degree in Mechanical/Materials Engineering
. At least 3 years of experience in product design and development preferred
. Familiarity with mechanical design principles, materials, and common manufacturing processes
. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or equivalent)
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines
