R&D Chemist (Tuas, MNC, 5 Day)

Responsibilities:
. Develop and scale chemical formulations from lab to production.
. Evaluate materials, conduct product testing and maintain documentation.
. Support regulatory compliance and product approvals across markets.
. Prepare samples, support trials and address technical issues.
. Collaborate with internal teams on product development and improvement.
. Maintain safe and orderly laboratory and work practices.

Requirements:
. Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
. 3 years relevant formulation or product development experience
. Knowledge of formulation chemistry and raw materials
. Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
