R&D Backend Engineer

Summary:

• MNC

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• UP$3500-$5000

• AWS+VB

• Pioneer Cres, company transport provided island-wide

Responsibilities:

• Involve in backend process development activities, hardware modification and improvement.

• Undertake new process development projects for future technological requirement.

• Undertake improvement project to resolve technical challenges encountered during new product stage and manufacturing stage.

• Ensure smooth transfer of process setting from R&D team to the manufacturing team.

• Work with Reliability team for new evaluation to establish Spin stand HDD correlation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Science (Chemistry/Physics) or Materials Science and Engineering

• Chemistry knowledge to support lubricant development activities, or nanotribology knowledge would be of advantage

• Prior experience in advanced data analysis and SPC would be preferred
