Responsibilities:
- Conduct research & development for new marine/offshore engineering solutions.
- Perform engineering design, analysis, and technical evaluations for offshore systems.
- Support project development, testing, and implementation of prototypes.
- Prepare engineering reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure technical compliance.
- Participate in offshore trials, inspections, and site activities when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Offshore Engineering, or related field.
- Preferably 2-5 years experience in offshore/marine engineering or R&D roles.
- Strong knowledge of offshore structures, mechanical systems, or product development
- Hands-on experience in design tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to innovation projects.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
