We are looking for an R&D Engineer with strong process engineering experience to support new product development, process optimization, material evaluation and product/process qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Support new product development through production transfer.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, yield, cost and process robustness.
Plan and execute DOE and engineering experiments to optimize process parameters and establish process windows.
Evaluate and qualify new materials and alternative materials/suppliers.
Troubleshoot product and process issues and perform root cause analysis.
Lead/support equipment and process qualification/validation, including engineering trials and qualification runs.
Analyze process and experimental data and provide technical recommendations.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve technical issues.
Drive continuous improvement in process capability, yield, cycle time, and cost.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or a related technical discipline.
1-3 years of experience in R&D, process engineering, product development or manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in new product development, DOE, process optimization and troubleshooting.
Experience in material evaluation and equipment/process qualification.
Knowledge of SPC, process capability, FMEA and structured problem-solving.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
