Assist in Pre-tender to Post-contract stages including closing of final accounts for projects.
Prepare contract documents, quantity take-off (if necessary), monitor variation, provide cost estimation and assist in managing cost information.
Compile necessary project data to assist in organizing kick-off meeting with various departments for every project being awarded to brief on project schedule, procurement planning and delivery schedule.
Assist in preparation of project budget for management's approval upon project award.
Sourcing of pricings for materials or subcontract work and prepare cost comparison for pricing analysis purposed and discuss with management.
Evaluate technical / commercial submission of Subcontractors and vendors whenever necessary.
Arrange and carry out tender interviews, negotiate of price with suppliers and subcontractors including of preparation of sub-contractors agreement / letter of award.
Responds to all subcontractors or supplier's progress claims. Evaluate, certify and issue Payment Response to Subcontractors within the monthly time frame as set out in Security of Payments Acts (SOP).
Responsible to all projects monthly progress claim submission to customers.
Project administration and documentation including closing of final accounts with the subcontractors / suppliers and clients.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Civil & Structural and/or M&E Engineering / Civil & Building
1 to 3 years for Quantity Surveyor with related working experiences, on-job training is provided for fresh entry level
Professional knowledge in Quantity Surveying administration, Security of Payments Acts and Construction's practices and regulations are required.
Show independency ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks.
Proficient in MS Office, good problem analytical and problem solving skills.
Willing to work at Lorong Halus or Changi areas (East side)
