QUANTITY SURVEYORS

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

. Responsible for pre & post contract activities in Construction projects

. Liaise with project, purchase and finance team to provide monthly project costing and revenue

. Responsible to update and verify project and production database

. Involve in project budgeting, specification, contract claim and settlement of final statement

. Monthly progress claim and payment certification

. Ensure documents are in line with Company SOP standard

. Other QS duties as assigned

Requirement:

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Good numeracy management skill

. Meticulous, analytical with strong problem-solving skills

. Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
