Job Description

Oversee nursing standards and ensure quality and safe delivery of resident care in compliance with MOH and internal guidelines.
Supervise assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for residents.
Review residents care plans and participate in case conferences and care audits.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of clinical records.
Lead and supervise a team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and support staff.
Plan duty rosters and manage manpower to ensure adequate staffing.
Provide guidance, training, and coaching to nursing staff to enhance clinical competencies.
Conduct performance appraisals and facilitate continuous learning and development.
Manage daily operations of the nursing home ward or unit.
Ensure adherence to infection control, medication management, and safety standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and ward inventory.
Assist in budgeting and resource planning.
