You will be Degree qualified in a construction related subject e.g. Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering or similar.
You will need to have gained two or more years or more post graduate experience or more working as a Quantity Surveyor on large building construction projects.
You will need some experience of feasibiity studies, cost estimating, cost planning, cash flow forecasting, contractual advice, value engineering, contractor selection, tender documentation, along with all post contract work including valuations, variations etc.
You will need good English and be keen to improve your English language skills. Good Chinese is also required.
Good communication skills are essential and to have the ability to deal with people at all levels.
You should be able to work with minimum supervision and supervise less experienced QSs as required.
