Prepare Monthly Progress Payments of Sub-contractors.
Prepare Request for Quotations for various work requirements.
Evaluation and comparison for the received quotations.
Prepare for Subcontract Agreement, Work Order and Purchase Order.
Handle variation orders/claims to Client and of Sub-contractors.
Discussion and negotiation with Client and Sub-contractor for contractual issues.
Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
At least 1 years of relevant working experience in landed houses as a main contractor QS
Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
Bilingual, preferred proficient in spoken / written English and Chinese
