We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team. We offer a supportive team environment with exposure to diverse projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare accurate and competitive project quotations that support our business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for construction projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documents to determine material, labor, and time requirements.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather pricing information.
- Ensure quotations are aligned with company standards, budgets, and client expectations.
- Maintain records of quotations and update cost databases for future reference.
- Provide support in tender submissions and contract negotiations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in preparing project quotations (construction industry preferred).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
