We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration for ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
- Evaluate and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle.
- Source, negotiate and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct site measurements and valuations.
- Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Ensure all contractual and financial documentation is in order.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure cost efficiency and timeline adherence.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or renovation industry in Singapore.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software (e.g. CostX, AutoCAD is a bonus).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English
