Roles & Responsibilities :
- Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials / subcontractors/ suppliers sourcing and costing.
- Prepare and compile tender document for submission.
- Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying which includes sub-contract procurement.
- Review drawings, specification and doc.
- Capturing of variation orders for projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Min 2 to 3 years of relevant working exprerience
- Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills
- Positive working attitude and a team player
