Job Description

Pre-contract (Preparation of tender submission, pre-tender pricing verification, taking-off bills of quantities and prepare quotations)
Post contract (Evaluation and preparation of monthly progress claim, variation order and final accounts with Clients & Sub-contractors)
Procurement (Sourcing for new vendors, compilation and comparison of quotes and issue purchase orders/work orders)
Project administration and documentation works.
Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or landscaping or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience of QS relevant project exposure
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD & Photoshop
Good communication skills and meticulous
Good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity
Self-discipline and able to work independently with less supervision
Able to start work within short notice
