QUANTITY SURVEYOR
. Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
- Min 3 yrs experience in Builder work and Singapore construction industry
- Able to work independently
- Singaporean/PR
Duties & Responsibilities
- In charge of project tenders, BQs, cost analysis, estimates and pricing matters, project procurements, contract administration and other QS related works and progress claims & payments, variation orders, budgets & cost control and finalization of accounts
- Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
- Ensuring project compliance for all project related purchases.
- Liaises with contractors, suppliers and vendors for cost, quotes and samples.
- Responsible for cost and contract negotiation and procurement.
- Manages and oversees the material resource library.
- Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
- Interpret drawings and perform measurement from drawings
- Supervision in local project & Oversea Project
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
