Maintain updated costing databases and market pricing.
Provide value engineering recommendations to optimise project costs.
Tendering & Procurement
Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare tender documentation and purchase orders.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
Maintain supplier and subcontractor databases.
Contract Administration
Prepare subcontract agreements and project documentation.
Monitor project variations and issue variation orders.
Maintain proper contractual records and supporting documents.
Cost Control
Monitor project budgets and track actual costs.
Verify subcontractor claims and supplier invoices.
Prepare cost reports and profit tracking updates.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and improved margins.
Coordination
Liaise with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Attend project meetings and site visits when required.
Ensure timely submission of reports and project documentation.
