We are seeking a driven Account Manager to support business development and project coordination for Modular Operating Theatre (MOT) solutions within the healthcare sector. This role involves managing client relationships, supporting tender activities, and ensuring successful project delivery in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities for MOT projects across hospitals and healthcare facilities. Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Support tender submissions, proposals, and client presentations. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Projects, Procurement) to ensure smooth project execution
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders on project requirements and progress
- Monitor project timelines and support issue resolution to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and support contract administration
- Track project performance including revenue and margins
- Provide basic technical support and solutions aligned with client and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, project sales, or related industries
- Experience in healthcare, or cleanroom environments is an advantage
- Good understanding of project coordination and tendering processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
