Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify project costs.
- Prepare and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and submission.
- Monitor and report on project progress, investigate and highlight potential issues to the management in timely method
- Liaise with project site teams and ensure timely completion of activities
- Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with sub-contractors/consultants
- Attend site meeting & liaise with clients on all project issues
- Oversee and manage a team of site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out
- Ensure timely delivery & keep track of all incoming materials for assigned projects
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Three years experience in related field
- Understanding of architectural trades
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments
- Good personality with good integrity and strong sense of responsibilities
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
