QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Roles & Responsibilities

- General quantity surveying duties such as contract/project cost control, variation and administration

- To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary

- To prepare documents for tender and contract

- Pre-contract and post-contract related works

- Check tender documents for completeness and update tender corrigendum.

- Perform measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities.

- Check for discrepancy and raise tender query.

- Prepare and compilation necessary documents for tender submission.

- Calling of subcontract quotations and sourcing for required materials and suppliers.

- Evaluation of subcontractor's claim and certification of payment.

- Track and submit variation orders and prepare monthly progress claim

- Liaise and negotiate with consultants and client for finalization of accounts.

- Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent

- Min 3 yrs experience in Builder work and Singapore construction industry

- Able to work independently

- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Singaporean or PR Preferable, no quota for foreign candidates
