. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) and comprehensive cost breakdowns for civil infrastructure tender.

. Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.

. Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

. Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to align tender strategies and technical requirements.

. Ensure full compliance with authorities tender specifications, requirements, and prescribed pricing formats.

. Compile and submit competitive and timely tender proposals in accordance with submission deadlines.

. Perform post-tender analysis and provide support during contract negotiations.

. Assist with variation orders, budget reviews, and cost control activities during project execution, where required.
