QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Duties & Responsibility: -

. Manage tender projects and on-going projects

. To prepare contract documents, taking off measurement, providing cost estimates and tender submissions

. To prepare project cash flow forecast

. Monitor project budget and costing

. Submission of main contract progress claims and variation orders

. Liaise with Consultants and developers on progress payments and VO matters

. Procurement including preparation of tender documents, call quotations and evaluate tender submissions

. Interview and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers, and make recommendations of award

. To prepare contract documents to sub-contractors and suppliers

. Evaluation and certification of suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments

. Evaluates and verifies sub-contractors variation orders

. Settlement of final accounts

Requirements: -

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

. Required language(s): English (Able to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking associates is preferred)

. At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in 2D and 3D drawing, BIM modeling, AUTOCAD

. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
