Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

1. Preparation of bills of quantities and material lists for tendering purposes.
2. Prepare quotations, BQ, variation claims etc.
3. Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers pricing.
4. Preparation of tender submission.
5. Prepare and assist in monitoring progress claims and payments, subcontractors payment, certification, VO submission and final accounts.
6. Assist in verifying subcontractor claims and subcontractor awards
7. Attend site meetings and other ad-hoc duties.
8. Prepare pre-tender documents.

Job Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in QS/Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in interior contracts in Singapore.
3. Competent in software skills such as MS Office.
4. Good knowledge of cost analysis, pricing of interior materials/works.
5. Meticulous, independent and highly motivated.
6. Good in Contract is an advantage (REDAS/PSSOC).
