Quantity Surveyor (Steel Construction Projects) 5.5 Days

Our client is specialist in steel works construction for building structures, facilities, and maintenance. Due to business expansion, they are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support their Projects & Operations team. The company is located in Singapore (West) and is easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for quantity take-off, preparation and submission of progress claims, and tendering for steel works projects in building structures, facilities, and maintenance.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation monitor work progress and implement corrective actions to meet project timelines.
• Oversee on-site operations, conduct inspections, ensure compliance with structural steel specifications, and maintain awareness of market trends and material availability.

Job Requirements

• Min. diploma (minimum) in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Steel Work Studies, or related discipline.
• Transport will be provided if require to commute for meetings
• Training Provided
