Job Summary
You will apply your expertise as a Quantity Surveyor in construction trades to accurately quantify steel structures and metal works, prepare and submit monthly claims to main contractors, and manage supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure timely payments and contract compliance.
Responsibilities
- Quantify steel structures and metal works to support accurate project costing and budgeting
- Prepare and submit monthly claims to main contractors to secure project payments promptly
- Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure contract adherence and timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare tenders for submission to main contractors to support project procurement processes
- Draft and administer contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to establish clear terms and conditions
- Process and issue payments to suppliers and subcontractors in accordance with contract terms and project schedules
