We're seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our project team, you'll play a crucial role in managing project costs and ensuring successful project delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct take-off quantities and prepare pricing comparisons

- Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

- Prepare project costings, contracts, and tender documents

- Conduct site measurements and monitor subcontractor progress

- Process progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts

What We're Looking For:

- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (8+ years for Senior role)
