Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Singapore. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting for various projects. Other day-to-day responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), assessing project requirements, and ensuring effective cost management strategies are implemented throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborative communication with project teams and stakeholders will be essential to ensure projects remain on budget and adhere to quality standards.

• Strong knowledge of Cost Planning and Cost Management
• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Reporting
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Ability to manage budgets and execute effective cost management processes
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools related to quantity surveying
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is an advantage
