Responsibilities:
- Handle Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration for projects.
- Conduct material and quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and budgeting.
- Source quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Independently manage project bidding and tender submissions.
- Administer project and contract documentation.
- Oversee material ordering and inventory management.
- Prepare and manage project progress claims, payment responses, and variation orders.
- Take full responsibility for sizable project claims and related processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Works, or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in high-end renovation or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of M&E construction materials, procurement, and fit-out project processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
