Prepare, review, and maintain detailed quantities, cost estimates, and pricing breakdowns for contract packages.
Validate contractor pricing submissions and identify cost discrepancies, risks, and value engineering opportunities.
Conduct cost and risk assessments to support informed commercial and contractual decisions.
Prepare precise commercial documentation including cost reports, tender evaluations, variation assessments, and payment certifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date cost, contract, and commercial records in accordance with governance and audit requirements.
Ensure all commercial documentation and records comply with internal controls, contractual requirements, and project governance standards.
Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 58 years of experience in contracts, commercial, or quantity surveying roles on large-scale and complex infrastructure or process-related projects.
Strong understanding of major conditions of contract and standard measurement principles.
High proficiency in Excel-based cost modelling, cost benchmarking, and quantitative bid evaluation.
