Key Responsibilities
A. PreContract
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
Conduct material, labour, and subcontractor cost analysis.
Assist in tender evaluation and negotiation.
B. Contract Administration
Administer main contract and subcontract agreements.
Handle variation orders, claims, and progress payments.
Monitor project cash flow and cost-to-complete forecasts.
C. PostContract & Final Account
Prepare interim and final accounts.
Settle subcontractor accounts and claims.
Conduct cost reconciliation and project financial closeout.
D. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate cost records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with SIA/SS contracts, SOPA, and relevant regulations.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
