Job Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and contract administration for construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities
- Monitor project costs and control expenditures against budgets
- Evaluate and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
- Assist in tender preparation, analysis, and contract documentation
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors on cost-related matters
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular cost reports
- Support contract administration in accordance with project requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
- Familiar with construction contracts, measurement methods, and cost control processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying-related software
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
