Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) to manage all costs related to building and engineering projects, from initial calculations to final accounts, ensuring projects are completed within budget and according to contract. They are responsible for cost estimation, feasibility studies, tender documentation,, contract negotiation, and risk management. They act as a financial advisor to clients, balancing quality and safety standards with cost-effectiveness.
