QUANTITY SURVEYOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying

. Applicants with substantial experience will be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

. Proactive, good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES

. Reporting to Tenders & Contracts Manager

. Perform quantity take off, identifying, and measuring the quantities of materials required.

. Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring that they are clear, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.

. Assist in the procurement process, including the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.

. Implement and maintain cost control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
