Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly progress claim, submission claim for VO and final account.
  • Monitor progress claim, project costs, variations and resolve claim issues with clients.
  • Support the Sales Department in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposal.
  • Conduct thorough review and analysis of tender documents, specifications, drawings, and conditions of contract.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required technical, commercial, and pricing inputs.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain quotations.
  • Perform quantity take-off and preliminary cost estimation.
  • Compile and submit tender documents within given deadlines.
  • Support post-submission clarifications, negotiations, and tender interviews.
  • Prepare AutoCAD drawings for tender submission.
  • Attend to site surveys when necessary.
  • Provide general administrative and sales support to the department as needed.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building / Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2- 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
  • Preferably with exposure to main-contractor or subcontractor environment in Singapore construction industry.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD and quantity take-off tools.
  • Strong communication, attention to details and good analytical ability.
  • Work independently under minimal supervision.
