Quantity Surveyor

Rubik Projects is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The QS will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects. This includes cost estimation, budget management, tender preparation, and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and in compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

. Manage project costs and ensure budgets are adhered to

. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

. Evaluate and prepare tender documents

. Assess and negotiate subcontractor quotations and contracts

. Monitor project progress and handle variations and claims

. Prepare progress claims, final accounts, and reports

. Work closely with project teams and clients to ensure cost control and project success

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field

. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management

. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Ability to converse and write in English
