Responsible for quantity surveying and cost estimating
Checking and analysing of tenders
Preparing economic feasibility studies from information provided by Architects, Engineers or Planners
Preparing progressive claims
Ensure that project files, drawings, specification and bidding contracts are maintained
Update and record variation or omission order issued of each project, record certified claims
Verify sub-contractor's claims for approval
Prepare and purchase insurance for project such as Performance Bond
Any other adhoc works.
Minimum Qualifications/Experiences
Construction / Building related Diploma/Degree
Preferably with some relevant working experience in construction or aluminium related industry.
Knowledge/skills Required
Proficient in MS Office
Good knowledge in mathematical calculation
Knowledge of building codes
Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction
Possess skill in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
Possess skills in accurate measurement, preparation on tender, calculation, pricing and quotation
Understand the relevant standard forms of Building
Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
