We are looking for a QS for corporate fit out projects based in Singapore, Singapore. Must be willing to work remotely and onsite.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Planning & Budgeting: Prepare, analyze, and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ) for corporate interior fit-out projects.
Tendering & Procurement: Manage the tender process, including sourcing subcontractors, obtaining, and evaluating quotations for materials and labor.
Contract Administration: Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications and managing progress claims, payments, and final account settlements.
Cost Control & VOs: Monitor project expenditure and negotiate Variation Orders (VOs) to control costs and reduce risks.
Estimating from floorplans is essential
Must speak English well enough to deal with English speaking teams globally.
Must attend project meetings when necessary by client.
Qualifications
Must have a degree in construction related field and no less than 5 years experience.
SALARY in SGD: 72,000 - 100,000
