Responsibilities:
- price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- liaise with client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
- To submit monthly claim on time
- Project cost control
- To go site for measurement during claim preparation if necessary
- Issue payment certificate and follow up
- 5.5 days work
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years experience
- Min diploma in related fields (e.g construction)
- All welcome to apply, have quota for SP/EP
- Experience in wet trade is preferred
